Noordzee Drones is the European leader in drone training, consultation, and expert support for new drone pilots. Our mission is to provide the highest quality training in Unmanned Aerial Systems to ensure the integration of drones into the national airspace.
We have assisted companies, police, and fire services in implementing drone programs through training and consultation. Our team is committed to the public safety of the skies using drones. Maximum safety and true ‘Airmanship’ for safe flights!
We strive to continuously improve our training and services. This approach has already earned us some leading recognition and quality labels. In 2019 NOORDZEE DRONES was nominated by Unizo as promising SME of the year.
The theory is given by specialized instructors and the practice by the most experienced pilots. We do not limit ourselves to theory and practice, but also provide a mock exam, explanation of administration, insurance, aircraft information, first aid, and much more.

Elwin is pretty much ‘Mister Drone’. He is at the cradle of the drone industry in Belgium and now Europe. During his time as manager of production company Chic, Elwin was looking for a budget and environment-friendly solution to offer aerial images to his clients.
In his search for expertise and as a visionary he ended up on a rollercoaster with Noordzee Drones as a result. He became involved very quickly in the Belgian Drone Federation of which he is now the chairman. Elwin is also vice president of the Belgian Civil Drone Council.
As founder of DROONHAAVN, Elwin continues to work on the development of this drone hub in West Flanders.
Noordzee Drones works closely with our Walloon friends at Espace Drone.
All francophone courses are provided by Espace Drone. All Dutch and English-speaking students are referred to Noordzee Drones by Espace Drone.
Hand in hand, we achieve quality and raise our courses to a higher level.
We join forces with Espace Drone to organize the European drone fair Drone-Days.
